I placed an online order two hours in advance, aiming to pick it up after work for dinner with my family. However, upon arrival, I was informed that several items were missing, and to add insult to injury, they claimed the chicken needed an additional 20 minutes of cooking time.Not only did I have to endure a longer wait, but when I called to address the issue, I was met with skepticism. The representative insisted that I return all the items so they could verify my complaint. It was an unnecessary hassle, making me feel like they doubted my honesty.This entire ordeal left me hungry and frustrated, especially considering my initial goal was a simple family dinner. The lack of efficiency and customer service has severely diminished my opinion of KFC, and I'm left reconsidering whether I'll choose them in the future for my family meals.

Where is the common sense in that. 2 sauces for 16 wings?? And still want to charge me for the extra ?? So stingy. It's like Mr.Krabs is the owner
