On top of that, they didn't even receive the order f... read more I ordered the Carrot Orange Twist from the menu via DoorDash, but they didn't have the machines to make it. On top of that, they didn't even receive the order from DoorDash because they lack the proper equipment for that as well. The owners should remove these items and services if they aren't going to equip their staff with the necessary tools and communication. Truly disappointing.

When I asked what they were, she said she had accidentally adde... read more I ordered a Mango Go Go at Jamba, and Fauzyen handed me the drink with small black specks in it. When I asked what they were, she said she had accidentally added blueberries. I requested a fresh drink, but she rolled her eyes and showed a terrible attitude. When she returned with the new drink, I thanked her, but she rudely walked away. I explained that the mistake mattered because the drink was for my son, who is in the hospital. Instead of understanding, she argued as if it was my fault for the blueberries being on the spoon. When I asked for the manager's name, she said she was the manager. Such terrible customer service at Jamba! I hope they pay more attention to their menu and the quality of service in the future.

It was a total... read more I arrived at 7 PM, only to be informed that they close at 7 PM, even though both their door and the app clearly state that they close at 7:30 PM. It was a total waste of my gas and time! Moreover, I found it quite frustrating to be met with a smirk from the staff, as if I was the one who was mistaken for pointing out the posted hours. The staff member insisted that they close at 7 PM.
