Description
Nestled in unassuming locations, several local Mexican restaurants offer a spectrum of culinary experiences. While some patrons rave about delicious chiles rellenos and homemade tortillas in cozy atmospheres, others share tales of cold, uninspired dishes and poor service. Complaints about overly fatty carnitas and excessively spicy enchiladas are common, as are frustrations with lackluster margaritas from pre-made mixes. Despite these setbacks, some diners express unwavering loyalty, appreciating friendly service and authentic flavors. Ultimately, these hidden gems call for a discerning palate amidst the culinary ups and downs of the local dining scene.

I love this place so much that I could eat here every day. We started with a delicious chimichanga appetizer, and everyone at my table tried the shrimp enchiladas which were the best I've ever had. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes! This restaurant should be busy all the time. I came in at an odd time, 3:30 on a Sunday, and it was still packed. The staff is also extremely friendly!
I really liked the huevos rancheros and the cozy family atmosphere at this restaurant. The only issue I had was with a sign suggesting that the owners were Latinx, implying they might not speak Spanish. This detail seemed to undermine the authenticity of the place, but overall the food was fantastic!
Oh my goodness! I found this place through an Instagram ad and their chiles rellenos are absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Mexican cuisine. The cucumber water was also refreshing. If you're craving tasty chiles rellenos, this spot is a must-try!
The food was incredibly good, I was back twice. A must try the fruit water is fantastic.
