The first time I asked to have the meat well cooked, the younger cook made an arrogant comment! If it was not for Arlene and Karen's customer service I would never go here. They deserve a raise.

I p... read more This is a fantastic spot for a lunch break during work. The food is generally quite healthy, as long as you don't go overboard with the sauces they provide. I particularly enjoy this Flame Broiler because they appear to clean the grill more frequently, which means the beef doesn't have any charred bits. The location is also excellent, with plenty of parking available. Despite being surrounded by office buildings and a hospital, the wait time is minimal. Plus, the food is served promptly!

I understand why the place was quiet. The fish tacos from the place next door looked far more tempting than what I experienced here. They definitely need to rethink their pricing. While the quality of the food is on par with other restaurants, the prices simply do not align with the portion sizes they offer.

It's no surprise the place was empty. The fish tacos from the nearby restaurant look far more appealing than what I found here. They really need to reconsider their pricing. The food quality is on par with other restaurants, but the prices definitely don’t reflect the quantity being offered.
