Wonderful discovery in the middle of winter...service...and delicious wine...soft and very warm atmosphere...I recommend for an unforgettable time Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
There was no service to say the least. No interest in the customers and we were moved to another table as we were only supposed to have a glass of wine. It also only ended up being one glass of wine at this bar When we had to pay, it turned out that it did not accept payment cards when only 2 glasses of wine under 14 EUR had been purchased Well, then I had to go straight to a card machine to withdraw cash... Well, but 2 stars go to the excellent wine due to the location of the place. We then continued to another wine bar with much better service.... Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
On vacation, we went to eat as a family of 5 adults with two children. As soon as the aperitif has been served, they bring us the starters. We point out for the rest that we are not in a hurry and that we will let you know when they can launch the dish. The aperitif having finished with the starters, we order a bottle of white wine hoping to take time for what follows. A few minutes later the partron comes to serve us the dishes. We report that we were asked to wait. The boss tells us that he has a business to run!!! We are amazed!! Aren't we the tourists who run our business by ordering aperitifs, starters, main courses, a bottle of wine??? Not counting the second bottle and the desserts that we would surely have ordered if this boss would have behaved differently. But no, it seems that he understood very well that we wanted to take the time and that it didn't suit him. Finally, an establishment that only looks at profitability, no respect for the customer. And this is reflected in the plates which lack know-how. Low-end products. Undercooked meat and so on. For the service, these ladies working did not dare to say anything. It is also a lack of diplomacy. This type of establishment has no place in such a beautiful village. Sad discovery and a wasted evening because of a bad manager.
