Great pizza, good pasta and cold drinks make the perfect combination that is at the core of this place. Very nice view of...the river with it's open-view terrace. Totally recommand it!

It is the first... read more The Bridge is a restaurant that has been around since I was in highschool, it change ownership a couple of times but the view is still gorgeous. It is the first riverside restaurant of Oradea, that now has a nee chef ready to make you...fall in love with the place. Chef Bogdan Vandici is the youngest winner of Chef La Cutite a chef tv show) and he has created dishes that you just have to try. Can't wait for spring to enjoy the terrace as well.

Today, April 15, I had lunc... read more Unfortunately, the management leaves much to be desired. I find shocking how some managers seem not to have heard about hospitality. Today, April 15, I had lunch at this restaurant with 3 other friends. Everything was OK as a service tasty pasta, friendly waiter,...the cheescake was warm (usually is served cold) but is was not a problem. Everything but the end. We asked to receive the bill individually, separately, but the lady who served us told us that it was not possible. We insisted, because that's normal, they should make the bill separately when asked, but we were refused again. We then asked to talk to her superior. The manager was a rude and arrogant man, who told us that the software wouldn't let him do it and that this was the first time something like this had happened. He told us very rude that if it doesn't please us, we shouldn't come anymore. This is not normal. With all the OK services, when I saw the attitude of the boss, I could not ignore what happened. He was totally unprofessional and rude. The restaurant is a place of hospitality and tourism, something that the manager did not seem to have heard of. After all the good advertising I've done to the location so far to all the tourists I've cared for year after year, I'm going to stop, because I don't want anyone to face such a lack of professionalism. I have also sent a complaint to the Consumer Protection Agency. If the manager reads this review, for the good of the restaurant he manages, he should read more about how customers should be treated (in any field) and what gastronomic hospitality services mean.
