I took p... read more We ate one dinner here during our tour in Oradea. Location was in the city center. At 20:00 the restaurant was not full, service was ok, food was good. I took paprikas and my friend a soup in bread.

Bad service. The waitress was rude to my friends. Too bad, because the restaurant is well placed and the surroundings of the place are beautiful. read more Bad service. Meanwhile, 4 other p... read more The staff was not friendly at all. My friend waited for our order to be taken and More than 10 minutes passed and no one asked us anything. Meanwhile, 4 other people sat down at the near table and were served in a few minutes, although they came after us. When I asked the waitress if she would take our order and mention her that the people at the next table came after us, she answered me in an impertinent tone that she only has 2 legs and that we could waite a little longer. ! At that moment I closed the menu and left. The lady is brunette, slightly Creole, medium height. It's a shame, because I've been there before and the food is really good, but that lady showed a lot of insensitivity.

We also had some crispy chicken which was very difficult to bite because of the hard coating. The potatoes we had as sides had no spices on. Another disturbing thing was that we paid for a meal such as chicken wings or crispy chicken but we had to pay extra for the sauces and for the potatoes. We thought we were going to get at least some sauces, but nothing. How can you serve for a full price a chicken dish and not offer a basic sauce? Also when we came in the restaurant we asked if we can go upstairs at level 1 to eat there. We were told we can't. But, the next persons who came after us were allowed to go there. We felt dissapointed. With our chicken diah we had some mixed salad. The salad was full of vinegar and it looked like a salad from 1800. I will leave a photo of it added to this review. All together a very bad experience.
