Das Kaminfeuer brutzelt. Die Drinks und Snacks sind ausgerichtet auf den raschen Genuss. Dennoch kann man sich gut auch ein paar Stunden diskutierend im modernen Umfeld aufhalten.

Meine neue lieblings Bar!!! Fühlte mich wie im Skigebiet und genau dieses Ambiente gefällt mir. Ein Cheminee gibt noch ein gemütlicheres Gefühl/Geruch. Das Tartara war schön garniert mit einem Salatbouquette. Das Tartara konnten wir zum Glück selber Nachwürzen. Mir pers.hat der Tabasco gefehlt. Würde es aber trotzdem wieder bestellen.
After deciding to skip the 30 CFH Burger on the airport hotel menu, a college and I dared at a rainy night to go to a place he had found. Upon arrival we were told that the place has a private function. We discovered Cuadra and went wet. Although no tables were available, a friendly hostess made room for us, and a big waitress pushed us into her section. Many of the autumn specialities were venison-based, the wine list was diverse with many Swiss options. Service and food were excellent, and made it a great evening.
We approached the barcafé in a lounge style and expected a small bite to eat. We were greeted with very friendly staff, in a very cozy, comfortable and modern environment. The facility is new and belongs to Hotel Frohsinn. The building was extremely modern, clean and welcoming. The staff was also hospitable, friendly polite. We were served by Jenny, the waitress. She liked to give us suggestions and talk to us through the night. She was very friendly, politely funny – she definitely made the experience top notch. The food was also exceptional at the service. After a nice little meal we were recommended a dessert by Jenny. It was an acidic ice cream ice cream, served over a berry sauce, with cream, chocolate, a mint leaf, a bubble church, strawberry above all: a drew of lemon-infused olive oil with pepper. Definitely a creepy combination, but finally it proved to be absolutely delicious. In any case something unusual, but completely pleasant. The service of Jenny, combined with the skill of the cook and the extremely pleasant environment, made this visit absolutely extraordinary. Definitely will be back when we can.
