Wendy's - Opelika

Food wasn't bad but service is terrible. I have never had good service here but I didn't think it could get any worse but I was wrong. The girl taking order at drive thru was not only rude but had to ask several times for me to repeat my order. The reason for this was obvious because she had the microphone on so I could hear her complaining that she was ready to go as I was giving my order. After each time she would say what or huh. When I finally pulled up to the window on my own she was standing away from the window acting mad and someone else came to give me the food. I asked for my drink and some ketchup and she seemed aggravated as well but I'm thinking it was more about the employee working the window. What's bad is I enjoy Wendy's food but I often choose to go somewhere else because it is so frustrating and a negative experience any time dealing with the staff. Paying 13 dollars for a combo for 1 you should at least not have to deal with this attitude.

My mom's ordered a combo with no mayo. That was the only thing on the budget, and it was drowning in it. The one good thing was that the fries were hot but had way too much salt on them.Parking: The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow from the front.

Idk when this happened but the biggie bags are banging. $5, $6 and $7 options will fill your kiddos and yourself right up.

SORRIEST establishment I have ever taken my family to!!! Ordered four meals. It all got slopped into one bag. All the food was upside down. Nuggets not in the containers. Food was made wrong. The girl at the order window was terribly rude and ghetto. I will NEVER come back.

Not enough condiments, so my regular old number 1 was dry. Still good, and it was fast.
