Southern Oak - Opelika

I was very disappointed and ended up walking out. The staff seemed unaware of what they were doing, and the customer service was very poor.

The salmon entree was absolutely delightful, and the NY strip was also excellent, especially when paired with the roasted carrots. However, I was a bit disappointed that the steak is served on its own without any sides. Each side costs between $6 and $8, which are quite tasty, but I really believe the steak should come with at least one side. The pimento cheese biscuits appetizer was also very enjoyable, but I wish there had been at least two more biscuits instead of just four.

The waitress was very polite, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The food was delicious but quite expensive. The restaurant was very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our experience!

Service was excellent and staff very friendly. Food was good, but I've had better for the money. But being I had a tee time next door, it was convenient and I would eat here again.

Outstanding! We ordered a surprise room service birthday breakfast for our twins, and they went beyond the call of duty! Amazing customer service! Thank you for everything!
