Sonic Drive-in - Opelika

This is the first dine in sonic i have ever seen. Very friendly staff. My chip was not working so she took the time to manually type in my card info.

This Sonic is the newest here, and it has good food and an excellent array of choices on the menu. I am partial to footlong, chili and cheese hot dog. It is kept very clean.

Let me start by saying that the location on Foxrun Pkwy in Opelika,Al. Use to have what seemed to be some nice, kind, some what energetic enthusiastic people working there. I don 't know what happened between June '23 and the last few times I have stopped here in the last 3 to 4 months. But every time I stop here now the employees seem to be short and some what brash. And it has become worse than McDonald 's and that 's sad. The Ice Cream Machine Is Broken! That is the story I have been getting at this location for the past two to two and half months. Come on people did you transfer there from McDonald 's and bring your B.S. story abouth the icecream machine being broken with you? This is Sonic for Christ sakes, shakes, floats, burgers and ice-cream is what you 're supposed to do! Get It Together Do A Better Job!

Absolutely the worst fast food experience! Employees have the worst attitudes and they never get the order right.

Always slow with getting your food ready. Drive thru is usually always backed up. The workers are not that friendly. I love their 1/2 price drinks in their app though so that's the only reason I go back.
