What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
The dining room was dirty! It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in days. It was quite unpleasant, and I lost my appetite because of it. There was no regular salsa in either bowl. I won’t be returning. View all feedback.
It always looks like no one ever cleanses the tables, chairs, stands, floor, drinking station, etc., no matter how late we visited. cleanliness is a big problem. fly around the mash that is everywhere away the proverb. we had to clean our own table and chairs, while the staff only looked at us as if they were confused. this inconsistency makes me wonder if the food and feed areas are sanitary, and therefore they have lost my business until something changes. there is also always at least one strange worker who also works by a young woman who stares and harasses my friend, and I, while we ate another young lady who has treated us as if our existential is an inconvenience that leads this place.
Were you in Moe?s in over a year so not sure whether today's experience is the new norm or what is. there were 8 people before us and it took about 15 minutes to reach the first phase of ordering. super slow, but so far okay. the next phase is in the rule the fastest as they plop whatever they have on their chipshuh, pico, drill, cheese, acid looked, etc. and push it down the line to the register. this part lasted another 15 minutes to the point where my nachos were totally soggy. they only sat where they waited to push down the line when another worker passed on the commands before him. it was strange. Maybe they were frightened or something. I asked if they could just give them to me and let me go and pay. the lady looked at me like I had three heads. When I observed the chaos, this guy who served looked like he was absolutely lost. did not know the difference between zilantro and salat. bless him, and he knew his nose and die all 15 seconds with the back of his underarm. literal all 15 seconds, as sweat from his face driped. all this was so unrealistic that I didn't take care of my afteros anymore. I just wanted to eat a popcorn while I saw all this from the other side of the glass. When I finally got into the register, it was 31 minutes since I went into the door, as I said, maybe this is the new norm. but I liked it much better if I would pierce the door and a high-energy shoot like children would scream out welcome in moes!
If they want to stand and watch that they make orders, then they try them in any case. needs new management. Previously a great place to get a quick food.
Walked in at 8:42(store closes at 9) and instead of the Welcome to Moes greeting, the girl working behind the counter said get out, we aren 't serving any more customers tonight. Restaurant has been really dirty the last 2 times I have been in.
Went here, was greeted when I walked in, service was good, people were friendly and genuine. I?m rating based off of their customer service and the food, it tasted good. I would recommend.
