Moe's Southwest Grill - Opelika

My wife and I bought a bunch of bowls for dinner. We asked for extra meat and to give us a good amount of lettuce. The bowl had no meat little lettuce and hardly any beans. Worst bowl ever. Pay more to get less these days. This is why I stopped going to chipotle. Looks like I’m done with moes as well.

We all enjoyed our meals. The staff was great and our food came out fast and fresh.

They don 't say welcome to Moe 's anymore, and the freestyle machine was gross and touchscreen barely worked. Burritos and bowls were still great!

Definitely Need some training and improvement for the staff.5 Stars are just because of Old lady in lobby.1. Restroom was “HORRIBLY” dirty. I repeat horrible, worst than cheap Gas station restroom.2. I took take away bowl and when I sat in car realised that Bowl was open. They did not closed properly. I was about to spoil food in the bag.3. Onion Pepper Corn were not properly grilled.4. Hot sauce was in wrong bottle and that was making it difficult to add in the bowl.5. They forgot to charge for the Queso. ??‍ Loss for the owner.

They need to do something about this restaurant; chips are stale, steak is over cooked, and it was $20.54 for a quesadilla and chips. If I was the owner I’d be livid. No wonder I’m the ONLY person here!! And they got 6 people on the clock.
