pizza was about what you would expect from little caesars so I can't complain there. it was definitiw hot and ready. I didn't know stevie wonder would cut my pizza. I greet you that you use the blind ones, you may just want them to stick to the phones. View all feedback.
The ultimate pizza ordered. they come hot and made to order. I have looked some in the pizza production area and found that the pizza maker did not wear gloves and did not watch a hair net. I have pizza and ordered a 2 liter pepsi. I'm asking for mugs and I was told they don't have one. So I asked for tellers and not again, neither got any serviettes. first place where I have ever eaten and have not eaten, plated, etc. will not be back.
The restaurant never has enough employees but that's understandable however they are always rude and their excuses are they don't have help or their busy. They don't answer their phone when you try to call in an order an their excuse for that being they're busy so they can't get to their phone.. I do fast food so I can understand how it is to be short of staff and we still have to answer calls for orders but it's unnecessary to be rude to your customers just because you're under staffed.
Decent pizza, but they have a strange organization in processing orders (sit in the front and watch @5pm on a Friday).
They were very busy so we didn't wait for a pizza but it did smell very delicious.
I tried posting a Google review for this store on January 21, 2022 with no success. I posted on Facebook successfully. My Facebook review on 1/22/22 This is honestly the worst Little Caesars ever. The first time I left a review, I got a call back from the manager, Cameron, who also goes by Blake. I mentioned that my 16 year old daughter could do a better job and he asked if she could come fill out an application. She got a job there but I made her quit a couple months later. She is such a hard worker and he took advantage of that. Every time I turned around, he was calling her in. Blake is highly inappropriate with the females that work there and it's no point in reporting it to the district manager because it's his brother. I've been in the store since I made her quit her job and you could hear him yelling at the employees in front of the customers. Last night, I ordered two classics. One of them is sitting in the trash. I grabbed a slice, handed it to 1 of my 6 kids, grabbed the second slice and I noticed a hair. I had to pull up 3 slices to find the end of the hair. Truly disgusting! I said the last time that I wouldn't eat there again but I wanted to give them another chance. I won't do it again and I would NEVER recommend allowing your teens to work there. This store desperately needs better management! Will that happen? Probably not! Not unless they hire a new district manager! I vow to make sure everyone knows what a horrible location this is. I think the Valley store is the same district manager but the management in store is clearly better! They have teens who work there that do 100 times better than the Opelika store. Is that the teens problem? No. It's the management. Teens will do what you allow them to do. The Auburn location is great too. Their wait times aren't desirable but their pizza is good, hairless and hot! Do yourself a favor and travel for your pizza!
