Jack's - Opelika

Stopped in for breakfast and had to use the restroom. I am not sure why they did not have a sign on the door saying the bathroom was out of order or better yet why the lobby was even open if they didn’t have working bathrooms for paying customers. I filled out the survey on my receipt and provided my contact information and nobody has yet to get back to me. This place was absolutely disgusting. Jack’s corporate should be ashamed.

Poor customer service, said they didn’t have any chicken at 8pm, but they just didn’t wanna make any. Said that it would take 20 min to fry chicken. Workers are lazy and should be fired immediately!

Stopped on an early Sunday morning for a quick breakfast. Husband had a breakfast wrap, I had biscuit and gravy. Food was hot and came out quickly. Coffee was almost undrinkable,not fresh. Quick, fast,inexpensive fast food.

Good food and nice people. Cashier just seemed to be struggling figuring out what's going on.

I went through the drive through and it was pretty fast .
