Purchased $71 worth of food here the fish was raw and the okra was dry they even forgot my fries. Called to tell manager about the raw fish and they told me to bring it back i got there after driving 45 minutes from my home for them not to replace my whole meal they only gave me 10 peices of fish didnt care about my missing fries. And they tried to make it seem like it was my fault the fish was raw. Also they changed the fish from alaskain pollok to Swai without telling me. Wow i really used to enjoy the food here but now i wont go again. The manager here is named Bobby.

I love the chicken tenders and loaded baked potatoes. Food was hot and delicious.
We sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to be advised your order is too large for drive thru there is no sign up stating that. The customer service was mediocre. I 'm very disappointed. When we walked inside they were not busy at all. It took someone 2mins to even acknowledge us at the register. At the very least put a sign up stating large orders must be placed inside. We wouldn 't have sat in drive thru if we knew that!! Time is valuable, it 's something no one can get back. Value your customers time!
We like Captain Ds, we have always been satisfied with the food. It's a good choice for lunch.
