Wanda that works the front counter at 1400 Columbus Parkway in Oplekia, AL is the friendliness person. Her smile and attitude is why, I will stop there before the other restaurants around them. Wanda is very inviting.

The Royal chicken sandwich with bacon cooked hard and swiss cheese. It was made fresh one of the best sandwiches I ever had.

NEVER go to this Burger King. It was 4pm on Saturday 12/16/23. I went through the drive thru. Your store was compl dead no customers. I was asked to hold when I went through the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes and asked are you ready now, and was told no I told you to wait. That shows the employees do not care about the place they work. Just close that Burger King now if you can not find people that want to work there. I will never stop by this store again.

I was pleasantly surprised after seeing the negative reviews. Our experience was very positive. It wasn't very busy and our orders were taken immediately. We got our drinks and the food was ready shortly thereafter. Everything was very hot and well prepared. I really enjoyed my burger and fries. I like that is a small unless you upsize to a medium. Small fry and drink is plenty for me. I would have given this 5 stars except that there was a big mess in front of the trash can that needed to be cleaned up and it was hard to find a table that didn't need a cleaning. The bathroom also could have used a clean up.

Best burgers around, everything else is ok. The service is ok. Not as good as it used to be. i guess times are changing everywhere not just here. But the atmosphere is exactly like I remember it from being a kid.
