What User doesn't like about Church's Texas Chicken:
I waited in the drive-thru for 20min or more. Then after all the wait, I get home and they didn't give me my mashed potatoes! And I was very Aggravated at this point and didn't feel like driving way back to church's! I called to let them know that I wasmissing the item, but no answer! The chicken was cooked to long and they have a new crew! Wow! View all feedback.
This was formerly the cheapest of all chicken restaurants, but now the most expensive. The cheapest combo is $10.47. 1 drink, 1 side order and leg n thighs. At Popeyes, it's $7.69. Now all restaurants have increased prices by one dollar to combos. But churches chickens, the worst of them all in taste raised their price much higher. Not worth it.
I lived a block from one to 54 pcs....now I'm close to this and would rather drive more and be treated as a human being than going and being treated as a toilet... I ordered a gallon of sweet iced tea and they gave me a cup... Cole Slav? Well, I would say Cole seeds....angry temperament for no reason... terrible experience and please I'm not a racist, but just a few black people know how to make customer service
The people there make sure that the food is fresh when I don't promise they will. make it right for u
I ordered family meal 12 pieces of chicken with fries and mash potatoes, but I got Hasch-Brauen and Cole-Schlaue. I don't know what's going on with the staff, but she should train. I am not satisfied with your service for real.
Got my order in 10 minutes. Was greeted by a very sweet lady by the name of Remel who was super nice!!! The chicken was great just like always.
