I ordered a dozen doughnuts, the outside of the entire box had chocolate fingerprints on it. I called in, just to inform the manager to talk to the employees about it, she was very rude, said it was a humidity issue (that’s why the white box had chocolate fingerprints on it) ??‍? Makes no since, then she hung up on me. I would never leave this review if she didn’t hang up, all I wanted to do was inform the manager to talk to employees and make sure they take OFF the gloves after packing the doughnuts. Very rude she of her she needed to hear me out and talk to employees …. I was only trying to be helpful and help the Ooltewah location grow. I guess she didn’t care about my input and hung up. This is why I’m leaving the review.

Food and coffee was decent but service was shockingly bad, even for a fast food restaurant. person who took our order did not tell us a total, only spoke the wo... read more Food and coffee was decent but service was shockingly bad, even for a fast food restaurant. person who took our order did not tell us a total, only spoke the words what else? and pull forward the whole time we were ordering. got to the window and they quietly and quickly said a total that we didn 't hear. they then handed us a bag of food and our drinks without saying a word and shut the window and watched us looking through the bag to see if it was all of our food or not until we left.

First of all the sugar at the bottom of the drinks is ridiculous, it?s so nasty to take a sip of coffee only to have to chew the sugar at thebottom. Not to mention when I pulled up to the window to pay, I asked if I could also get some water and I was told ?um that?ssomething you need to let us know at the menu, we don?t have time for this?. So, gross and rude.
