Cashier belittled my order to my face and then to the barista making it loudly while I stood there. Gave me not what I asked for and then got snotty with me and got the manager, who did fix it. Never had a problem at any other location or the attitude.Will NOT be back.
I try to avoid this DD at all costs. For a minute I forgot why but they so generously reminded me last time I went. First of all the sugar at the bottom of the drinks is ridiculous, it?s so nasty to take a sip of coffee only to have to chew the sugar at thebottom. Not to mention when I pulled up to the window to pay, I asked if I could also get some water and I was told ?um that?ssomething you need to let us know at the menu, we don?t have time for this?. So, gross and rude.
I went through the drive thru on Saturday night to be greeted by Donovan! What a kind and respectful young man. Best smile in town! Kudos to the boss who hired him!
Really cute restaurant. Nice employees. Drive through is convenient. Their iced matcha tea is good and you can get pumpkin spice cold foam added and it's perfect.
Unfortunately the new management at the 417 Plaza Dr. location has created an atmosphere of apathy and indifference. It's depressing to walk in there. You have to constantly check your order to make sure it's right. Thankfully we have choices inthis area.
