I was there with friends. I love every mouth. And the crew they work there can hardly speak English so you know it is as authentic as you can.

Great location. Great food. But what makes this place exceptionally great are people. Chazz has gone beyond and beyond in his customer service many times when I needed to fill large catering orders. It is ready to help efficiently, organized and ready in any way. This location definitely deserves 5 stars. Great work for the whole team in DosBros Ooltewah, TN.

No complaints from my crew, how the dinner tasted! I liked how they marked on receipt and Burrito packaging, so we knew what article was. Super helpful. I think they should double wrap the Burrito. The film on my had a hole in it and the shell touched other things in the pocket. You have forgotten a bag of chips in our To-go order. We just went back and got it. No biggie. We'll be back!

As of 2021, this restaurant is absolutely AMAZING!! The service is very polite despite previous reviews and their prices are amazing for great food! Not to mention the atmosphere WOW!! Truly recommend this place for everyone.

I work at Chipotle so I thought I would try this place and compare it. At first, the food was amazing, but not as sharp as Chipotle. The chicken was not so good and there was a bone in one of the pieces. The queen was better here and not spicy what's good to me. You have one thing on Mondays where you can get a Entree for $5.95, and I think chips and a drink are included in the meal that is definitely a plus. The music here is much more tolerable than Chipotle, I would actually call it music. My only complaint is the employees. They are not very friendly and do not look very present. I sat in the food and could drink a few of them in the lobby and complain about customers they had today. I could hear them clearly from the whole restaurant! The tablet she was doing our food was also dirty and had food on it. You don't seem to take customer service and cleanliness as seriously as Chipotle. But the food is excellent
