It continues to be a benchmark in Ontinyent Well prepared food and very good attention at the table. Nice space. They had empty tables despite people entering without a reservation, they prefer to serve customers well who have to saturate the service... There was a menu for 29 euros but we went a la carte and everything was very good, perhaps the steak tartare was not well worked with a knife...
