What User doesn't like about Rainforest Cafe Ontario Mills:
personally, it was much overpriced for the kind of food we ordered. 2 adult meal and a child's meal ended with $107 in front of top. service was excellent and taste was decent, but I can't see a regular dinner option. View all feedback.
Great place for dinner with my Grandkids we had a great dinner and great staff
Birthday celebrations among friends. The menu is much smaller and the food isn’t as good.
They messed up on our food. My food was also cold. Will not return.
The food was about a 5 out of 10. I ordered the steak, coconut shrimp and rib plate with mashed potatoes. The steak was very tough and chewy and lacked flavor, the shrimp was soggy, the mashed potatoes were decent. I would not come back for the food here. I used to frequent this restaurant about 5 years ago when my kids were younger, the food used to be AMAZING. The service was very good this time but again the food was not the best which overshadows the good service. The only reason I gave it a two is because the ambiance is fun. Lastly, the prices are high for the food quality.
I love Rainforest Cafe. Eating is always beautiful love the animals.
