The price of diesel at this truck stop is quite high, currently over $6. What’s going on? In Wyoming, it’s less than $5. States like Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Utah seem to have high fuel prices too. It's frustrating!
Why is Arby's now pre-making sandwiches and stockpiling fried items? They are serving cold food.
As a professional driver, I’m of the appropriate age to purchase tobacco products. Recently, I discovered that Pilot has implemented a new policy requiring them to SCAN your ID in order to buy tobacco. While I understand the need to VERIFY age, this scanning is not a legal requirement. I believe it would be wise for Pilot to reconsider this approach, especially since I, along with many of my fellow professional drivers, can easily fuel up at your competitors who also have a rewards program similar to yours. I don’t have to choose Pilot for my fuel needs, so it's worth considering how this policy might affect your customers.
