Every time I visit, I end up waiting a long time. I decided to call in my order, but then I had to wait again because they misplaced it. One would expect they would have a lot of pre-made pizzas to speed things up, but there weren't even any cars ahead of me. I'm not sure what causes the delays. It's quite frustrating. If they don't have face masks available for customers, shouldn't they be concerned that the manager is neglecting their responsibilities?

Every time we get here, they get everything wrong. The manager went to my husband this evening after they lost our order and then made it again, but it wasn't all we ordered that he took it and was yelled at. Managers also tried to spend big and family size and laughed and said dang thought we could fool him.
On Tuesday, Jose was very nice and had a kind tone and we had a nice conversation, very friendly person!
