I'm actually not suprised. I saw one of the staff members sneeze on their plastic gloves and then continue to touch my order. Disgusting. Just went through the drive thru for a quick breakfast sandwich. It was perfect, nice and hot, seemed to be freshly made!

Best fries in town, but only if you ask for them to be Fresh
In all the years I've lived here, no matter when I go, the ice cream or shake machine or whatever is broken. I did a little test and would stop by monthly for a year. Nadda. Not one shake.
