I enjoy using the app to place my orders and have been consistently picking them up. The staff is friendly, and while mistakes do happen, they are always quick to correct them. However, I think they really need to invest in a new ice machine, or at least put up a flashing sign to let customers know when it's broken again. We arrived just after 10 o'clock to place a substantial order for nuggets and some fries. Instead of rolling their eyes or showing annoyance, the staff got right to work and were incredibly friendly. We received our order in less than 20 minutes. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Wow, that sandwich looks enormous! However, it's actually smaller than it used to be, and the prices have gone up. Hmm.
