This is the best rotisserie chicken I've ever had! Ever since trying Juan Pollo, I've also been to Pollo Loco. My dad lives in Anaheim, and whenever he visits, he always craves Juan Pollo. That's our go-to spot since we live nearby. We've never had any issues with our orders. They offer fantastic party packs, which I've purchased several times for family celebrations. Very disappointed! The chicken was dry, the green salad was old and brown, I threw away about 15% of it and considering it was $6 for it... Uuughhh. The rice is extremely DRY DRY and bland. $30 wasted!! Next time I will drive the extra 1.5 miles for El Pollo loco View all feedback.
The tastiest and juiciest rotisserie chicken in Southern California! For years, I used to eat at Pollo Loco and always found their chicken to be dry and lacking. It's also overpriced and just not worth it!
A must when in California. Wish we had one in Tennessee. Best chicken sides! None better!
The food is ok . The potato salad is really not good. The beans are really good and so is the rice. The family combo is a life saver.
1/7/23Only given two start because the chicken was decent (rice was extremely dry).Morning shift employee (teenage girl) rude .Looks like she has absolutely zero energy to be at work, and threw my change to my hand, letting the loose change fall to the floor . Will absolutely not come back, and I urge everybody to look somewhere else if hungry
