Jack In The Box - Ontario

This is the friendliest Jack in the Box I have ever been to. They also got my order correct. Thank you for your pride in your work!

It seems like this Jack-in-the-Box location may be new, or their training process is lacking. When we went through the drive-thru with a voucher for the 2 for $11 ultimate cheeseburger combo, we were told that we couldn't substitute the drink for a milkshake or upgrade the combo. We were even willing to pay extra for the upgrade, but the employee didn't know how to accommodate us. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Jack-in-the-Box.

The service was fast and courteous. The food was fresh and hot. The restaurant is conveniently located near Ontario International Airport, much like a Chevron gas station.

I recently visited this restaurant for a quick breakfast before heading to Ontario Airport to see off my brother who was returning to DC. The food was delicious, especially the hash browns, which were excellent! I suggest they add a Breakfast Jack with Hash Browns to the menu. We will definitely be returning for another visit when my brother comes back.

The food at this restaurant does not match what is advertised. The portion sizes are smaller and the presentation is not as depicted in the pictures.
