It is important for customers to understand that fast food establishments such as Jack in the Box sometimes have limited staff and may become overwhelmed by a high volume of orders. This can result in delays in receiving your food, but it is understandable given the circumstances. Wrong order….I guess if you gotta pay a minimum wage of 15 an hour you would think they could get some decent service
I love IN N OUT i always have they have never gotten my order wrong and they are always so clean cut and respectful
I've been coming here every morning for a few years and the service is fast. Keep up the good work.
The location clearly states it is in operation 24hours but the workers refuse to abide by it. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks and still no change by management.
Open 24 hours? Came In this morning 1/26/22 about 3:45am and was told they were closed through the drive thru speaker.... if you are closed then why is anyone answering the speaker? Or why isn't the drive thru closed off to keep people from coming through... I was the 3rd car in line.
