Fastrac - Ontario

I wouldn't give this place any stars! The store is filthy, and the staff are unhelpful. One employee in particular is very annoying and seems to lack basic courtesy. It's been a while since I've seen such poor service! This place is terrible!

I noticed a sign on the door stating they closed at 10 a.m. and apologized for any inconvenience. I needed to refuel and my young daughter needed to use the restroom, but unfortunately, we couldn't do either because they had closed early.

The parking lot resembles a war-torn area, similar to a recently bombed city. I spotted a woman in a Nissan Micra caught in a pothole, which was only temporarily blocked by stacks of orange cones that were used to fill the gaps. There's a massive pothole, a foot deep and 12 feet long, right before you exit onto the main road. It's hard not to feel horrified by this situation.

Worst Fastrac I have ever been too. Workers seemed annoyed and focused on personal things. Bathroom is cleaner than the store itself. Also when we got home and had some of our pizza there was parchment paper melted to the pizza. I have never seen that before, so honestly don 't know how often that actually happens.

7am on Tuesday all lights on pumps not working shield on the door says closed at 8:00... last time I ever try to go there
