Food is good just very annoyed at the amount. I live in Riverside but here In Ontario for work and decided to stop at one of my favorite restaurants. I very often buy the tostadas and when I received my order , it looked way lower (less amount of food) than what I usually get. The cashier was awesome I can't remember his name but he was in the evening shift and we were just so surprised how well explained he told me about the menu and the food... I really didn't think people like him existed. He was such a help!!! and we enjoyed our dinner
The drive thru line wrapped around most of the parking lot so i decided to go inside to the front counter. it was no better because there was a long line to the cashier and all of the seats were taken in the dining area or being saved for those people in line. i ended up taking my avocado burrito to go instead. sadly, they no longer have the salsa bar available to the public but the area in that corner was clean so i just asked the girl who handed me my food for the red hot spicy salsa.
This location always has consistent quality of food. The staff is friendly and quick with service. The tables and other areas of the location are always clean. It does get busy during lunch hours but they move the line quickly and good is prepared without delay.
This is my favorite loca Pollo loco the food is cooked and prepared better. This restaurant is clean, including the restrooms. I appreciate the good service and the management does angood job. The cooks are friendly which is nice to know.
This is my favorite El Pollo Loco. I can eat here everyday. The service is amazing, friendly, efficient, fast, and helpful. They have always gotten my order correct in the drive-thru and inside. The staff knows the menu and will offer suggestions if you are unsure what to order. My chicken is always warm and delicious. My salads are always made correctly and my drink order is always correct. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and it has all been delicious!
