When it's a miss, the service is so lacking in hospitality that it makes you wonder if they're holding a funeral. The presentation is so bad that playing pretend would be better. The quality of the food is also poor, with the rice being soggy like rice cakes. It's much better to buy a bento box from the convenience store next door.
