Subway - Onley
Subway
Description
In recent visits to a local Subway, patrons have experienced a blend of commendable food quality and concerning service. While some highlighted positive encounters with attentive staff who prepared sandwiches to perfection, others reported discouraging interactions marked by rudeness and a lack of professionalism. Instances of burnt food and dismissive behavior towards customers, particularly children, have marred the dining experience for some. Despite consistent complaints about service, the appeal of a well-made sub keeps certain loyal customers returning. Overall, the restaurant seems to be at a crossroads, grappling with both food quality and staff attitude amidst customer feedback.

Ordered bacon, chicken and cheese. I think she said it was a bacon and chicken club, but whatever it is called was great. I slept it, Tom and Onion and Ranch Dressing. I had to share with the woman, so I made it a deluxe that extra meat about half more than what you usually get. We couldn't eat anything. The ladies worked very nice and polite. Thanks. Metro for a great lunch.
I was very glad to be served here. An employee named Kassandra has repaired my part PERFECTLY! I eat a lot of subway and she was 1 out of 4 people to repair my subway exactly as I liked it OHNE ATTITUDE! I had to go back the next day. She was there and served me again... made perfect! #Iloveithere
I used to love going to Subway for lunch, but something has changed recently. The quality of their food has gone downhill overnight. Even my favorite meatballs are now overcooked and taste like they've been sitting in sauce for weeks. Save your taste buds and look for a different lunch option. Your stomach will thank you later.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! The women working there, who are African American, seem like they don't want to be there at all. They also display racist behavior. I will not be returning. I gave them a few chances, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day, but it seems to be their attitude.
