I had a Margherita pizza at Flamingo Pier yesterday and it was absolutely delicious! The pizza was freshly made and bursting with flavor. It was only $12 for a generous portion that I shared with a friend. I was expecting to pay a lot for mediocre food at the festival, so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordability of the pizza.
Stumbled across this place as it was on the drive to our accom in Oneora. The best wood fired pizza right on the beach what a dream! Crispy crust and the right size for a dinner for one. Pepperoni was flavourful. The only thing I would say is if you plan on getting it and eating at the beach, be prepared to fight off some seagulls. One of them swooped in on me and stole a piece of half eaten pizza from my hand. You’ve been warned!
Like the other unqualified diners commenting below, this is incredibly good woodfired pizza served overlooking an insanely good view, right on the Little Oneroa beachfront. Hard to beat, and hard to escape the intoxicating woodfired oven smell, unless you head into the water for a burst of bodysurfing : Not forgetting to mention the sensational Argentinian pizza crew, the sure fire tasty menu and reasonable pricing will mean you probably need to queue if it's a hot summer evening...
