Pondos Pizza Ii - Oneonta

Loved this place! Everything tastes home made and was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be going back! As a side note, after dinner we took our ice cream (also served at Pondos) and went just up the road to a little fishing spot to sit by the water and enjoy the moon!

Probably some of the worst food i've ever had, and i wish i was kidding! my wife ordered a buffalo chicken salad and i ordered just some mozzarella sticks. the salad included the most minimal toppings, the lettuce was wrinkled and flat and the buffalo chicken tasted straight from a freezer. the mozzarella sticks were so soggy they were almost sickening to eat and the marinara sauce they came with was cold. definitely not coming back here again.

The food is wonderful. Took us 30 min to get served. We had a very tall man waiter he was the worst and nasty person I have had the displeasure of meeting. I had to get my own menu . When he served us our sodas he threw the straws at us. All staff were arguing with each other. Very uncomfortable experience, which is to bad because the food was good. I will go somewhere else next time where people appreciate our business.

Well another new thrill at Pondos. Went today, and now if you wish to use a credit card there is a 3% charge added to your tab. Must be we are paying for the new Nicks Diner? That fee should be part of doing business. So while that was upsetting, lunch took 30 min to make and bring to our table for 2. Cheeseburger and a slice of pizza. I would have left by my husband wanted to wait. Service was ok, not sure why the burger was so long to cook, we were told it was a 1/2 of meat burger and they take a long time to cook, but really 30 minutes? We are done with Pondos. Sorry guys but this was the last straw.

Huge, excellent pizzas, great 1/2 lb burgers. This place rocks for a family bite. No one on our baseball team had a single negative thing to say; everyone was happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
