Been going here for a while. They’re very consistent with my order. It’s very rarely ever made wrong which is really refreshing for a fast food place. Place is very clean too. Hubby and I were greeted by their friendly staff making it a very pleasant experience. The female worker they had on staff today was exceptionally nice to us too.

Absolutely delicious! I was a bit let down as the bag of fries didn't seem as packed this time, but they were quite busy on our last visit, so that might explain it. The food is fresh and tasty, making it a joy to eat there. It can be a bit on the expensive side, but it's a great way to treat yourself. The staff at Five Guys always seem to be enjoying themselves, and their camaraderie contributes to a relaxed and enjoyable environment!
I have always enjoyed Five Guys, so I expected my burger to be tasty. However, this one was truly exceptional! It might just be the best cheeseburger I've ever had in my 57 years! I'm not sure what makes the Oneonta location different, but whatever it is, it's working wonderfully! Outstanding!!!
The burgers are consistently excellent, and the dining area is well-maintained. Recently, though, the salt on the fries has been either lacking or too heavy. If you're a fan of Five Guys, this location will likely live up to your expectations.
