The last 3 times we ordered pizza it was wrong. The ticket was right so I never opened it until I got home. Get charged for extra toppings but they don't get added. Very frustrating. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
The manager at Casey's is really bad she not nice some people that come in and always mean and yelling at her worker she needs change her attitude or get fired Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Took over an hr and a half for 3 large single topping pizzas. I called to check on my order and was told they became overwhelmed after I placed my order. No apology and I had to demand a discount. Being overwhelmed should have never had an issue with my order as the guy I talked to said they became overwhelmed AFTER I placed my order. When I ordered they told me max wait time would be 50 minutes I think waiting an additional 40 minutes before I checked on my order was being reasonable.
Never open on time even if there are 2 people present. They said our opener isn 't here that 's no excuse. If there is a team there they should be open. Atmosphere: 1
They say they open at 4 but still nobody is here n all the lights are off. And when the lady did show up she saw my car and walked off to the back. AND apparently you cant put cash on your card till two hours after they open I call bull the lady prolly just didn’t want to do her job as soon as they open Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
