We reported this to the manager, who was very rude and didn't seem to understand our concerns. She kept calling back, and we’ve decided that we will not return; this is the third time we’ve had issues there.

This company really needs to give her a raise, and the owner should step up their game. With three people on the shift—two full-time and one part-time—they might actually have proper coverage! It's frustrating to see such an issue. She was fantastic and definitely shouldn’t have to work alone like that. Seriously, give her a raise!
