I asked for the sandwich to be made fresh on march 23 around 3pm , because the order I had the previous day was cold .and if I could post the greasy sloppy burger that was served to me and fell into my lap and ruined my work clothes on my lunch break I would have. Whoever is checking the doordash orders before they go out, needs to be re-trained. We almost NEVER get straws with our orders. That's not on the driver. The order is sealed and they aren't supposed to mess with it. Also I just got a burger with no bottom bun. How do you miss that? Sure I can contact DD and get money back, but it's getting to the point where just about every order has some sort of issue. Most of the time it's whole items just missing. Drive-thru and dinning room, I have no complaints there.

While ordering, after ever item he said, he was rudely asked if that was all. When he picked up the food he had a simple question about which drink was which he was met the window slamming in his face. Absolutely ridiculous, I know you don't need our business but keep this type of service up and we won't be the only ones that never come back again.
