Visited the restaurant ourely because it was a few metres from our hotel. What an amazing surprise! They offer a half kilo steak, so obviously we had to order it! Very tender, cooked perfectly, and they did chips to go with it for us, even though it's not usually served with chips. Having said that, I could only eat a handful of them after all that steak! What Harry B doesn't like about Auberge Le Cassiet:
Supposedly the best in Ondres. the rest must be terrible. Arrived for an evening meal at 19.30 with nobody else in the restaurant. Pleasant welcome but the main course of duck was cooked medium and was tough to eat. My wife had the beef which was no better. On leaving it took 15 minutes to get the bill. Damage Chipiron a little light but excellent shaving
A big restaurant. Very attentive staff and what to say food, that perfect, quality, kitchen, accompaniment. The decor is perfect. The waitress' advice. I mean, nothing but good, you have to taste delicious dishes. Thanks to the whole team
On holiday in the area, we chose this restaurant a little random. We first dedicated Tuesday. What a surprise. The winch is more than pleasant with a smiling and friendly team. Servers are in small care and there is no waiting. The atmosphere of this hostel is hot. Side kitchen, the dishes we tasted are of incredible quality, everything was delicious and hearty dishes. A real treat for the palaces. We were so happy to have dinner in this hostel that we went back on Thursday, we booked for tomorrow Friday and that our day ends Sunday, we decided to finish in beauty by going back to dinner on Saturday. To summarize a true team of PROFESSIONNELS, with divine and varied cuisine in a warm place. I put five stars because I can't put more.
