Dinner doesn't start until 8:00 but the locals pack the place for drinks and tapas. The servers were very friendly and helpful, and there is no English menu, so we were surprised to receive for dinner dishes such as a thin beef steak, french fries and two fried eggs.

The pl... read more Me and my friend tried some traditional food: patata bravas (potatoes with sauce), spicy peppers, tortilla with mushrooms. All very good. Great red beer. The place is a confortable taberna, where you can watch football, talk with people, have a glass of wine, and so on. You can stay outside, there is space, without cars.

A must on the menu is the local Jambon platter which in my opinion is the best I have had anywhere in Soain, I assure you the home cooked menu and friendly staff, will bring you back whenever you are in Onati.
