Love this place! When in Onancock this is a must visit for dinner.
Best food around, in my opinion. Everything is delicious, fresh, and never fails to satisfy. Duck is incredible. Recommended for locals or those traveling through @3 minutes off highway). A
The food is delicious and the servers are friendly, but the service can be a bit slow when it comes to getting meals out to customers. It's best to go when you have time to relax and enjoy your meal.
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. We waited over an hour for our dinner, and the wait staff seemed extremely rushed. Their attire was quite disheveled, more fitting for a beach bar than a dining establishment. Additionally, there was no background music, which made the atmosphere feel lacking. Overall, the dinner was mediocre. It's a shame, as the place has a beautiful setting.
Actually kind of mad that the food was good because the service was pretty terrible ?? people who came in after us got their appetizers and entrees before we even got our water refilled. favoritism maybe?
