Nancy was truly fantastic! We really appreciate her kindness towards our family. The food was as delicious as always—this is definitely my favorite Fazoli's location!

I had absolutely amazing, incredible service here. Nancy was so nice to us and even gave me and my mother hugs, she was just so amazing! Susan as well gave us great service. Tipped them both, give these ladies a raise! The food was outstanding as well! Thank you, Fazolis!
The pasta and garlic bread here are exceptional! You'll really enjoy this place. The staff is wonderful, and the food is delicious with great flavor.
Nancy from Onalaska was fantastic! She was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite being the only server and managing a busy restaurant by delivering food everywhere, she still provided outstanding service!
I eat very rarely here. It was so good. My son and I had the loaded Alfredo. My mother had the Triple Meat Lasagna and loved it.
Dined I’m and had the best customer service employee ever! Susan made my night and made my friend’s dreams come true, breadsticks. Thank you for giving us a laugh and making our night!
