Horribly managed, foods else eaten and you never know when they are open or closed. Maybe update your hours online so everyone knows? I hope you get with it real soon otherwise you are not going to survive

I’ve loved Chipotle and have enjoyed it for years in Kansas City, but this experience has been disappointing. Additionally, I encountered some rude staff members who seemed unprovoked. I understand that not everyone enjoys their job, but there's no need to be unkind while I'm simply trying to order a burrito at 6 PM, especially when I overhear conversations about tips. It also seems like the manager may not be aware of these issues. It’s disappointing that no one has responded to these reviews to address the concerns. Please work on improving the situation at your restaurant.

The cashier was equally unhelpful and... read more When we placed our order, the staff member who helped us was far from friendly—my wife and I clearly interrupted her work. The cashier was equally unhelpful and didn’t even provide us with a tray for our food. We ended up finding a table to clean ourselves before sitting down to eat. As more customers arrived, none of the employees bothered to clean up, except for one who tidied the soda area but left everything else as is. By the time we finished our meal and left, there was still no effort to clean the restaurant. It was clear that there was a lack of supervision, and this experience has definitely discouraged me from returning. On top of that, the food was quite pricey and lacked any real flavor. This has been, by far, the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. My visit took place on May 13, 2022.

Received half scoops on every ite... read more Very disappointed with visit. 4 young girls working on line and each one was rude, acted as if the did not want to be at work. Received half scoops on every item I ordered. Not even a whole meal. Only good thing about experience was the nice girl at register. Will skip this location next time.
