Reviews - Chipotle Mexican Grill
Reviews summary
Frequent patrons of a specific Chipotle branch are expressing significant disappointment with their recent experiences. Complaints highlight undercooked food, unhelpful and unfriendly staff, and a visibly unkempt dining area. Many customers noted a troubling lack of supervision, with essential ingredients frequently unavailable. The frustration escalated with extended wait times for orders—sometimes exceeding an hour and a half. Overall, loyal Chipotle fans feel that this location falls short of the brand’s reputation, urging management to take immediate action to restore quality service and address ongoing operational deficiencies before further alienating their customer base.
What Emily Pirie dislikes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
they are rarely open and you literally never know if they will be opening at 4 pm or not at all that day. Super frustrating having to guess every time I want chipotle “should i make the hour drive or is it a waste of time”. they also skimp on EVERYTHING more than any other chipotle i’ve been to View all feedback.

Chipotle is one of me and my families favorite. We’re so excited when we found out we are finally get a new one locally. Horribly managed, foods else eaten and you never know when they are open or closed. Maybe update your hours online so everyone knows? I hope you get with it real soon otherwise you are not going to survive
When this Chipotle opened we were so excited! Sadly, this restaurant has been nothing but a disappointment, from the lack of ingredients to the ever changing hours of operation. Not sure how this restaurant can stay open. We have tried to order from this location 3 times in the past 5 days and they have been closed every single time! The website continues to say it’s open which is very upsetting. To not even respect their customers enough to let us know when they are open or the reasons for closing makes me think they don’t need our business. Fun fact for future entrepreneurs…this area is starved for fresh, delicious food. If you open a restaurant with a great product, have nice employees and have decent hours of operation you will make money hand over fist. Chipotle management is taking a home run restaurant and driving it into the ground. Very sad.
Very very upset with both experiences. I'm not one to complain on here but I think it's necessary. Our first experience was poor. The young girl at the register was very rude to us. The next time I went there (today), I placed an online order at 8 AM for pick up. I made sure they were open before doing so. After I already paid and spent my lunch break driving there, the door was locked and there was no way to get my pick up order. There is no communication with real people to discuss this issue, only an automated robot named pepper. I'll have to go in and get my refund or my food next time they're open.
My wife wanted a flipping overpriced, fast food burrito for a bonus bday week lunch. And it was closed at lunch? There was a hand written note that said open at 1:15. I tried to go again while running some errands later in week, no dice Maybe the staff went out to lunch in order to avoid any lunch rush ?
Business hours are never consistent or communicated. Will be open one day and closed till 3pm the next day even though their website says open. No customer service. They seem to be always short on help and ingredients probably due to the current environment but they offer no help or explanation to customers. I have ordered online and charged to show up to the restaurant and say the system is down and they can’t do anything for me. This post isn’t against the staff as it looks like they are struggling to just keep up but against the management of the store as they are not their for their staff or their customers.
