The standout feature for me was that... read more I ordered the mince on toast, and I found it to be delicious and flavorful, with just the right amount of savory seasoning. The standout feature for me was that it wasn't smothered in tomato sauce, nor was it overly rich or greasy. The poached eggs on top were cooked perfectly, and the toast was slathered in melted butter, making it absolutely delightful. I would give this dish a rating of 4.5 out of 5, deducting half a point for the use of tomato base, since I personally prefer my savory mince without it. However, that's just my individual taste!
