W... read more I cannot recommend this Arby's until they improve their operations! I visited on June 14, 2022, and found the restaurant to be dirty, with disorganized staff. While waiting for our food, my partner overheard a cook say he didn't know how to make the bacon ranch Waygu burger that my partner ordered. After a 20-minute wait, I noticed my Waygu burger had been sitting out for some time. I requested a refund before receiving my food, but the employee was rude and confused, then left to get the manager. When the manager returned, they just pressed a few buttons and asked for my card, even though I had paid in cash. Other customers seemed unhappy as well; one man behind me spent most of his lunch break waiting for food and also asked for a refund. I've attached a picture of the booths—take a close look; it's quite unappealing!

When my wife went to the co... read more During my visit to Arby's, the shift manager was unexpectedly rude. He told us to wait because he was in the middle of an interview. When my wife went to the counter, he made an inappropriate comment about her weight and impatience, even though she was simply trying to look at the menu. While I might consider returning in the future, this manager's behavior definitely needs to be addressed.
