I ordered wings and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for them. When I finally got home, I found out they were the wrong ones. To get a refund, I was told I’d have to drive back to the restaurant for another 30 minutes, meaning I would have to spend an hour on the road for an order I didn't even place. When I got to the restaurant, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because the manager, the only person who could process refunds, was not there. There was no compensation offered for my time or gas. My suggestion? Always double-check your order after a long wait, or you might end up waiting even longer for the correct food.
I made an online carryout order on a Wednesday, and my food was ready right on time, if not a little earlier. The estimated wait time was 28-33 minutes. The wings were the best I've had in a long time! This was my first visit to Wingstop, and I tried the Hawaiian chicken tenders along with both traditional and boneless buffalo wings. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
I ordered delivery for dinner, and it was quite enjoyable overall. It did arrive a little cold, and the voodoo fries were not as saucy as they typically are. Nonetheless, it was still a satisfying meal, so I can't really complain. I highly recommend trying the lemon pepper dry rub and the mango habanero sauce!

While I'm not ready to give them a full five stars yet, I'm definitely encouraged by the positive changes I’ve noticed.
This was my first visit to Wingstop, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I had to wait 40 minutes just for the wings, and when they arrived, the fries were overcooked and too sweet. The wings were also underwhelming. Overall, I didn't have a pleasant time, and I won't be returning.

The delivery service at this Wingstop location is frequently unreliable. When I order 20 wings, I usually receive only 15, and sometimes other items are missing as well. Due to these repeated problems, I’ve decided to stop ordering from this restaurant because it’s not worth the trouble.
The takeout orders are consistently cold and the food tastes stale.

I placed an online takeout order at Wingstop on a Wednesday, and my food was ready right on time—possibly even a bit earlier than expected. The estimated wait was between 28 and 33 minutes. The wings were some of the best I've had in a long time! This was my first time trying Wingstop's menu, where I enjoyed the Hawaiian chicken tenders alongside both traditional and boneless buffalo wings. I highly recommend checking out their menu and giving them a try!
Wow! If you haven't experienced Wingstop yet, you're definitely missing out. Their wings are perfectly crispy and offered in a variety of delicious flavors. The wings pictured are garlic Parmesan Lemon Pepper. The fries are flavorful, topped with seasoning and cheese, making the meal even better. I also tried the fried corn cobs for the first time, and they were amazing. Don’t wait—go indulge yourself!

I received my order correctly only 3 out of 4 times. During my last call, the young woman on the phone insisted that I had never ordered from her location. If you're planning to order, I recommend picking it up directly from the store, as Grubhub and DoorDash have proven to be unreliable.
The service here is slower than the time it takes to hatch, lift, kill, and swallow a bird. It's a downhill race to get things done!
This restaurant is disappointing! It's not the food that's the problem, but the terrible service. The cashier told me to wait 30 minutes for my food, but it ended up taking an hour. When I finally got my meal, it was cold. There wasn't even an apology for the delay. I won't be returning to this Wingstop again. 9/8, 8:20 PM.

I also tried the fried corn cobs for the first time, and they were absolutely delicious. Don't hesitate—go ahead and grab some!
The French fries—what I like to call "crack fries"—are absolutely fantastic. The wings are also really delicious. This place is perfect for satisfying those occasional cravings!
