Even after I asked for a manager, it felt like I was le... read more I am extremely frustrated with this place! I was stopped for over 15 minutes on two different occasions. Even after I asked for a manager, it felt like I was left hanging. The only manager around seemed to be running around instead of assisting me. There was no one in the lobby, and only a few people were waiting to place their orders! All I wanted was to quickly pick up my food and go home. I tried to do this during my break at work, but this place made it impossible! It used to be my favorite spot for wings in the city, but not anymore! I wish I could cancel my order; I’m so upset right now.

Tonight, the servic... read more The food is consistently delicious whenever I order takeout. The app's estimated pick-up time is usually spot on for when my order is ready. Tonight, the service was exceptional. We ordered a sauce that appeared and tasted different from what we've had before, leading us to believe they had given us the wrong one. However, we soon realized our mistake, but they kindly remade the wings for us anyway. I will definitely keep coming back to this location!

However, be ready for a long wait for your meal, so it’s a good idea to place your order in advance if you want to skip the delays. Also, they don’t offer water cups, so you’ll have to buy a bottle or a soda cup, even if you're only looking for tap water.
