He could use a reality check, a la Chris Rock. I witnessed a customer politely asking for a cup for water, only to be told it would cost $0.44 or he would receive nothing. This interaction was particularly offensive as I noticed the man's son attempting to take his medication at the same time.

Even after I asked for a manager, it felt like I was left hanging. The only manager around seemed to be running around instead of assisting me. There was no one in the lobby, and only a few people were waiting to place their orders! All I wanted was to quickly pick up my food and go home. I tried to do this during my break at work, but this place made it impossible! It used to be my favorite spot for wings in the city, but not anymore! I wish I could cancel my order; I’m so upset right now.

Tonight, the service was exceptional. We ordered a sauce that appeared and tasted different from what we've had before, leading us to believe they had given us the wrong one. However, we soon realized our mistake, but they kindly remade the wings for us anyway. I will definitely keep coming back to this location!

Also, they don’t offer water cups, so you’ll have to buy a bottle or a soda cup, even if you're only looking for tap water.
