He could use a reality check, a la Chris Rock. I witnessed a customer politely asking for a cup for water, only to be told it would cost $0.44 or he would receive nothing. This interaction was particularly offensive as I noticed the man's son attempting to take his medication at the same time.

Even after I asked for a manager, it felt like I was left hanging. The only manager around seemed to be running around instead of assisting me. There was no one in the lobby, and only a few people were waiting to place their orders! All I wanted was to quickly pick up my food and go home. I tried to do this during my break at work, but this place made it impossible! It used to be my favorite spot for wings in the city, but not anymore! I wish I could cancel my order; I’m so upset right now.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Wingstop since it opened in Omaha. This time, I decided to order online through their website. Unfortunately, my food arrived ice cold, like a soda that’s been in the fridge for 24 hours. I called the store to express my concerns and requested to speak with a manager. The person I spoke with, who sounded quite young—probably no older than 18—assured me that it wasn't Wingstop's fault and suggested I take my complaint up with their delivery service, DoorDash. While he offered to credit me a large fry on my next order, it hardly compensated for the fact that my entire meal was unacceptable. I paid $27 for my food, and they refused to take any responsibility for the poor service. I will never eat here again, even if they offered to pay me. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

However, be ready for a long wait for your meal, so it’s a good idea to place your order in advance if you want to skip the delays. Also, they don’t offer water cups, so you’ll have to buy a bottle or a soda cup, even if you're only looking for tap water.
