I like it way more than most places... read more Okay this may be the best wingstop experience I’ve ever had. I LOVE wings, wingstop is hands down the best chain wing spot. I like it way more than most places that people rave about wings. So to see one in Omaha while travels brought me through, I had to I hadn’t been since I left CA, it wasn’t even a second thought.OMG it was so good! The wings were perfectly cooked crisp coated with sauce/rubs to expertise level lol. Kiddo was excited to try the chicken sandwich too it was epic. The seating area was immaculate, the people working ALL super polite seemed like they were enjoying themselves while working. Just all around a fantastic experience I’m so glad I stopped.I will possibly make a trip here just for wingstop because it’s my fav at some point) surely whenever I have other business in Omaha.Thanks team working for a fantastic experience!Kid friendliness: Boneless wings, strips chicken sandos plus the most epic fries ever, don’t skip on their ranch if you’re a fan, it’s the best! Definitely something chicken related sides)for every kiddo!Wheelchair accessibility: Has a nice ramp up to the walkway!

Delivery kept being delayed and time of delivery kept increasing... read more THIS WINGSTOP STEALS MONEY. Ordered from the Wingstop website for delivery on January 19, 2023. Delivery kept being delayed and time of delivery kept increasing (ETA 8:30pm to 8:50pm to 9:15pm to etc. . Had to call to figure out what was going on. The delivery driver broke down and we were not given any notice about what was happening with our order. We had no choice but to cancel the order. Wingstop said refund should come 7-10 business days. IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS. Called them multiple times about the refund. They said they could not refund in store because it was an online order. They said they sent it to upper management. This was $60 worth of food we NEVER received. Staff was rude each time we called and NOT helpful. Still no refund to this day. They STOLE my money. Period.

It'... read more Service is always mediocre, and the wings are nothing special. Tonight was extra cr@ppy. Ordered dinner for my family, the online cart showed 45 51 minutes. It's now been an hour and half. Check my email, and there's no receipt. I have beencharged twice for the order according to my credit card. Tried calling twice, no answer. Guess I'll find out in a couple daysif the payments complete. If so, Wingstop will be dealing with a couple of credit card disputes, because as of now I still haveno food, no call back, and no answer to my phone calls.
