I got 1... read more Spent 40 minutes in the drive-thru, which isn't too unreasonable given it was about 7 and had a pretty large line. I ordered 4 combo meals, all doubles. I got 1 double, 3 singles, no fries and missing nugs, went back through drive through for another 20 minutes and received incorrect amount of fries and wrong nuggets.. didn't notice burgers were wrong untill I got home:

I al... read more I love Wendy's Asiago Bacon Ranch Chicken Sandwich....if only this place could get my order right...the last three times it was been wrong in some fashion. I always ask for no lettuce or tomato and last 3 times have gotten either both or one of those items on my sandwich. Fries are OK but a bit heavy on the salt.

Ordered the baconator...there was no bacon on the sandwich, the fries were luke warm and it was supposed to be a large only half full..I don't usually eat at fast food and this is exactly why. I will never visit again.

The last three times, they’ve made mistakes—despite me always requesting no lettuce or tomato, they’ve still included one or both. The fries are decent, though they tend to be a little too salty.

While I understand that delivery is beyond the employees' control, they are responsible for sealing the bag and filling the fries properly. When I called to inquire about the missing seal and fries, the employee was rude and hung up on me after telling me to contact corporate. I tried calling back, only to be hung up on again. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the rudeness and lack of respect were unacceptable. This location, and possibly all Wendy’s locations, have lost my business.
